Arcadio brings over four decades of experience and passion to every project. A former student of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), where he studied Interior Design in 1978, Arcadio combines his artistic eye with a deep understanding of construction and functionality.

Beyond design, his extensive career spans real estate development, general contracting, and investing. This well-rounded background gives him a unique perspective—balancing creativity with practicality. Arcadio approaches each kitchen and bath project with the belief that great design should not only inspire but also serve the way people live every day.

With an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology, Arcadio III brings a modern perspective to ARCADIO DESIGNS. A graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, he developed his career in the tech industry, overseeing client success.

Inspired by his father’s creativity and dedication to design and customer service, Arcadio III helped launch ARCADIO DESIGNS in 2021. He now supports the business’s growth and operations, combining his passion for sleek design with a focus on smart home innovations that make everyday living more seamless and connected.
